EDGE|PROJECT is the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver high quality results that support the educational work of schools and districts. As education leaders, the majority of our work revolves around projects both large and small.
Despite the fact that nearly everything we do is a project, very few campus and district leaders have received formal training on the discipline of project management. The private sector, for comparison, relies heavily on certified project managers, project management software, and project management terminology in order to complete projects on time and within budget.
We work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and develop a customized coaching plan. Our team will provide you with the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals.
